Galaxy Book 5 South Korean Tech Giant Samsung has launched its Book 5 series lineup at CES 2025. The company has been busy at the CES 2025 in Las Vegas this week. Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Book 5 Pro and Galaxy Book 5 360 at the biggest tech event “CES”. The laptops are an upgrade over the Galaxy Book 4 lineup.
Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro and Galaxy Book 5 360: Display
The Samsung Book 5 Pro comes in two screen sizes. Firstly is 14 inches and secondly 16 inches whereas the Book 5 Pro 360 provides a single screen size of 15 inches. Additionally, the laptops provide a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate and 3K high resolution. Both laptops have bezel less designs that enhance the viewing experience.
AI Features
These laptops will be powered by Intel’s new AI processors to bring Galaxy AI capabilities. Additionally both these laptops will have the AI Select feature. This feature will assist laptop users to easily search for anything at any point of time with ease. Precisely this feature is very identical to Circle to Search feature that is available on the Samsung phones.
Processors
Book 5 Pro and Book 5 360 are Intel-only for now. This basically means that the preferred flagship processor for tech geeks and professional gamers Snapdragon X Elite isn’t available. Additionally, these laptop models feature Intel’s Core Ultra (Series 2) processors. This is the flagship processor by Intel with neural processing units (NPUs) that bring 47 Tera Operations per Second.
Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro and Book 5 360: Availability and Price
Individuals interested in these laptops should note that Galaxy Book5 Pro and Galaxy Book5 360 will be available for purchase in select markets. The models will be available to buy in Canada, Germany, France, the UK, and the USA. However, the availability of these laptops will slowly increase to other countries like India in the coming months.
The Book 5 Pro is launched at a starting price of KRW 1,768,000 (approximately Rs 1,04,000).
