Flipkart has officially announced that the Big Billion Day Sale will commence on September 23, 2025. The new discount details reveal some of the steepest price cuts of the year on flagship smartphones. The sale is already creating a lot of buzz among prospective iPhone buyers.
If you’ve been planning to grab a new device like the iPhone 16 series, Google Pixel 9, or the Samsung Galaxy S24, this could be your chance, as prices are expected to be slashed quite significantly.
Big Billion Days iPhone 16 Price
According to a report by The Economic Times, the price of the iPhone 16 could drop to Rs 51,999, a substantial fall from the current Flipkart listing of Rs 74,900. Apple has already slashed prices, with the phone now available at Rs 69,900, and further reductions are expected as the sale begins.
The report also suggests that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will be priced at Rs 89,999, a massive drop from its launch price of Rs 1,44,900.
As always, it’s expected that stocks will clear out pretty fast, and prices may fluctuate during the sale. If you’re looking for an Apple device on a budget, you can also consider the iPhone 14, which will possibly be available for Rs 39,999.
Google Pixel 9 Discount
If you want a flagship experience but prefer Android, Google’s Pixel 9 is also expected to receive a hefty discount. Originally launched at Rs 79,999, the phone will be available for Rs 64,999, and the price could drop further to Rs 34,999 after applying bank discounts and exchange bonuses.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL will also get a significant price cut, bringing its retail price to Rs 84,999.
As per the same report, the Samsung Galaxy S24 (8GB + 128GB variant) will be priced at Rs 74,999.
