CMF, a brand from the Nothing family, is all set to launch the all-new CMF Nothing 2 Pro today. The first iteration of the phone was able to garner a lot of attention thanks to its unique design as well as an affordable price tag for a balanced performer. Would CMF be able to strike a similar balance this time as well? It will all be revealed later today.
Before the launch of the phone here are all the established updates that we have regarding the phone. The brand has revealed most of the key details about the phone including its specifications, design and camera system.
Key Differences from the Gen 1 phone
The CMF Phone 2 would supposedly be launched with the new MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro Chipset, a more powerful version of The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 that powers the CMF phone 1. The Phone would be equipped with Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.1 on top, similar to the Nothing 3a Pro and the 3a.
Battery / Camera
The CMF Phone 2 would supposedly have a 5,000 mAh battery with the support of 50W fast charging. There has not been much improvement at this front. The CMF phone 2 would have a triple camera set up which would be a big departure from the older CMf Phone 1. The third camera in the three camera setup would be a 50M telephoto coupled with a ultra wide shooter.
Screen Size
The CMF phone 2 Pro would feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate. Along with that the phone would have a Essential key which we have recently witnessed on the Nothing 3a and 3A pro.
Design Changes
To differentiate between the two generations CMF has alleged that they would be making significant changes to the overall design of the phone. The Back panel would have an ascending brightness towards the bottom of the phone. The White Colour variant would probably start off with white at the top and change into a silver shade until it reaches the bottom. Similar would be the case with the orange shade version of the phone as well. The back Panel would get darker as it reaches the bottom half of the phone.
