BSNL Samman Plan
The BSNL Samman Plan is valid from October 18 to November 18, 2025, and is exclusive to senior citizen users. During this period, eligible users will receive:

- 2GB of data per day
- Unlimited calling
- 100 SMS per day
- Free SIM card
- BiTV subscription for 6 months
The offer is priced at Rs. 1812, which translates to just Rs. 149 per month, making it an excellent value-for-money plan for senior citizens.
BSNL 4G
Earlier, on September 27, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially launched BSNL’s 4G services nationwide. The state-run operator has activated its network across 9,800 sites, delivering high-speed connectivity to users in every state.
With this major rollout, BSNL now competes directly with private telecom operators, offering comprehensive 4G coverage across India.
BSNL Diwali Bonanza Offer
The Diwali Bonanza Offer is exclusive to new users, with no age limit. Eligible users can access 4G service for an entire month for just Rs 1. According to BSNL, users do not need to pay any additional charges, allowing them to enjoy the network for 30 days at no extra cost.
