Airtel, Jio tariff hike on Recharge Plans: India’s leading Telecom companies are planning to raise its recharge plans and tariffs. This would come as a big blow to commoners amid the inflation as the people are already paying hefty amounts for almost everything and now this recharge plan and tariff hike added fuel to the people’s problems.
The latest media report says that there may be an increase in the prices of the recharge plans of both the companies. This article is important for every rank and file of India because today everyone’s life is depended on mobile phone.
Expected change in Recharge plan
According to media reports, Jio and Airtel mulling to raise recharge plan price by 10 per cent. If a plan is of Rs 200, then its new price will be Rs 220. The company can increase Rs 20 in its plan. There is no concrete information about that which plan will be changed.

Companies to reveal soon
According to the sources, the company may introduce its new tariffs on recharge plans by the last quarter of 2023. It is expected that Jio and Airtel can roll out new plans between December and January.
Hiked 4G/5G recharge plans details
Vi is also in the line of increasing its tariff plans after Jio and Airtel. Apart from this, other telecom companies can also make the recharge plan expensive. During this, 4G recharge plans and 5G recharge plans can also be made expensive.

5G Service
At present, only Jio and Airtel are providing 5G service in the country, which is completely free. There is free unlimited 5G data for 5G users of these companies. It is expected that by the end of this year, the whole country will be able to get the benefit of 5G service. Apart from this, Vi is preparing to bring 5G service. Whereas, BSNL will rollout 5G only after introducing 4G.
