As per a recent leak, Apple has seemingly brought two of its new foldable devices into the New Product Introduction Phase. The leak has been published by Jeff Pu, a supply chain analyst. As per a search note at GF securities; Pu spoke about how mass production of the new Apple device has been slated to begin in 2026. As per the leaks, the devices would soon enter a prototyping stage this April. Pu did not provide any specific details beyond that.
Production Slated To Begin In?
As per the overall spread of innovations that Apple has been working on it’s pretty evident that Pu indicated towards the production phase of the new Foldable devices from Apple.
As per Pu’s analysis the overall shipment outlook in 2025 is expected to be lukewarm. The reason behind the lukewarm reception has been the delay in the personalized Siri features. Taking a gander into the future of the company it seems that the launch of the foldable devices would soon give Apple sales the much-needed kick it needs.
Foldable devices anyway bring along with them a sense of vanity and novelty. And When Apple tackles the task of giving the users a new foldable the whole industry awaits the arrival of the new device. The anticipation has led many designers to reveal what the new Foldable might look like, beyond that the information available from Apple’s previous foldable screen and hinge patents have led the market to a fevered pitch. Depending upon when the devices might get into production they could launch either in the next year or some point in 2027.
