New Delhi: Apple is looking forward to announce the iOS 17 launch during the WWDC 2023 keynote next month. According to media reports, many new features will be added to the new OS, which will be made available to beta users first. Many updates will also be added to these for iPhones. The Wallet app is also being updated in iOS 17. It will be completely redesigned and many new features will be added to it. Features like Apple Pay and Apple Card Savings will also be added to the existing app.
Upcoming iPhones Features
The new OS will come with the next-generation CarPlay app that will offer multiple displays, widgets as well as features like climate control and FM radio. The company has already told that this app will support Acura, Audi, Ford, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Nissan, Porsche, Volvo.
Similarly a new app iMessage Contact Key Verification allows users who face “extraordinary digital threats”, such as journalists, human rights activists and government officials, to verify that they are only sending messages with people they trust.
The Journal App is also being developed for the new OS. The company has not officially given information in this regard yet. Along with this, in the new iOS 17, facility is also being given to track the mood and emotions of the users.
Apart from these, many new apps are being added to iOS 17. It is believed that the company can make a big announcement in this regard in the WWDC 2023 keynote.
