Apple is preparing to debut a new expansive gaming application that would soon be available across its devices at the WWDC this year. This would help the brand execute a significant push into a new gaming territory as it seeks to establish itself as a major player in the market. The company would pre install the new gaming application on iPhone, iPad, MAC and Apple TV devices as part of its iOS 19, which launches in September.
As pre media reports, the new gaming app would be a hub for users for all game related updates. It would be consolidating achievements, leaderboards, communications and social features that were previously scattered throughout the Apple ecosystem.

The timing for such a launch appears strategic, with Nintendo’s highly anticipated Switch 2 console launching on June 5, just before Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference on June 9, when the gaming apps would be officially unveiled.
