In the pursuit of increasing its grasp over the Indian users, Apple is now preparing to open a new store in India. The upcoming outlet will be located at DLF Mall of India, Near Delhi. This will soon be Apple’s fifth retail location in India after Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune. This store will soon be Apple’s first retail location in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The new outlet will house the complete range of Apple products for an elegant shopping experience.
Apple’s retail journey in India started way back in April 2023. The first two stores that were established were Mumbai’s BKC and one in Delhi’s Saket. Media reports suggest that outlets were able to collectively generate a revenue of around Rs 800 crore in combined revenue. Such a foray into a new market had even in the early days showcased the potential of retailing Apple products in India.

At Apple Noida, located at DLF Mall of India, more than 80% of team members are ready to help customers shop for the latest Apple products including the latest iPhone series; Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple Watch series 11 models; the all-new iPad Pro and 14-inch MacBook Pro, both powered by the M5 chip.

The outlet will be providing the users with individually tailored device set up, first-time iOS user quick-switching options, Apple trade-in program allowing customers to exchange their older devices, and EMI options.
Store and Monthly Rent
Soon to open Apple store at DLF Mall of India will occupy a space of 8240.78 sq ft, as per several news reports. Apple has signed a lease agreement for 11 years with a total rent of Approx Rs 65 crore.
Apple has leased six units on the ground floor of the mall of Noida. The monthly rent per square foot is Rs 263.15, which will remain fixed for an 11-year term. This will amount to Rs 45.3 lakh per month, equating to approximately Rs 5.4 crore for the year. Over its span of life the total payments will span about Rs 65 crore.
