Apple has just unveiled iOS 18.2, the latest iteration of its mobile operating system. Users are getting their first set of AI image generation features with Image Playground, Genmoji and Image Wand in Notes. iOS 18.2 is available to iPhone XS/XR and newer, with the Apple Intelligence features limited to iPhone 15 Pro and newer devices.

This has update brought a wave of exciting new features and enhancements to iPhones worldwide.
Apple Intelligence is also expanding its available languages to include localized English support.
The localized English support is for Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the U.K.

Apple iOS 18.2- Siri AI Features:

1. Image Playground app for creating images from text

2.  Genmoji for the creating custom emoji for use in Messages.

3. Image Wand in Notes makes sketches more realistic or stylized.

4. ChatGPT can be accessed right from Siri or Writing Tools.

5. Siri can use ChatGPT to provide context for a request.

6. An account is longer required to use ChatGPT.

7. Requests are anonymous and not used to train OpenAl’s models.

Apple iOS 18.2- Camera Features

1.Camera Control (iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max).

2. Visual Intelligence learning about objects in viewfinder.

3. Two-stage shutter can lock focus/exposure with a light press.

iOS 18.2- Mail Features

 1. Mail Categorization sorts mail, prioritizing what’s most important.

2. Digest view groups l of the messages from a single sender.

iOS 18.2- Browser Features

1. New background images to customize your Safari Start Page.

2. Able import and export browsing data from other apps.

3. HTTPS Priority upgrades URLs to HTTPS when possible.

4. Download progress in the Dynamic Island & home screen
