Powerbeats Pro 2: Apple-owned Beats on Tuesday launched the Powerbeats Pro 2 fitness earphones. The earphones have been specifically designed for the athletes, adventurists and power users on the go. The Powerbeats Pro 2 is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The company has claimed it to be its most advanced wireless earbuds yet.
Powerbeats Pro 2 is reported to offer several features which include Heart Rate Monitoring for real-time workout tracking, Transparency mode, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Adaptive EQ, and wireless charging.

Notably, this is the first time that an Apple brand is incorporating a heart rate monitoring system in earbuds. This has been done using LED optical sensors to provide real-time performance data compatible. Moreover it is compatible with popular fitness apps like Nike Run Club, Runna, and Open and real-time data can be easily accessed by the users.

Furthermore, the Beats said that the Powerbeats Pro 2 can be easily ordered from Apple India website. “Powerbeats Pro 2 with Heart Rate Monitoring for workouts is available to order starting today,” said the company on X. In India, the device has been priced at Rs 29,900. It will go on open sale shortly and will be available in four colours; Jet Black, Quick Sand, Hyper Purple, and Electric Orange.
