ALERT! Is Your Password One Of These? Change It Immediately- Over 19 Billion Passwords Leaked Online; Here Are The Most Common Ones..

The findings are based on data collected from around 200 cybersecurity incidents, including breaches involving Snowflake and SOCRadar.io. The leaked data, totalling over 3TB, included passwords, email addresses, and other personal information.

A new study by Cybernews found that 94% of passwords leaked in recent data breaches are either reused or repeated, which is risky for account safety. The study looked at over 19 billion leaked passwords from April 2024 to early 2025. The study also showed that many people still use very simple passwords like “123456” or common names like “Ana.” Only 6% of the passwords were unique. People also used curse words, food names, brand names, and city names as passwords.
