AirPods 4: Apple is all set to hold its much anticipated event – “It’s Glowtime” – scheduled to take place on September 9, 2024. This event marks the 10th anniversary of iPhone, hence it is expected to be a significant one. While there is no official confirmation from the tech giant about the exact lineup, rumours and leaks so far indicate that we can expect the unveiling of latest iPhone series, Apple Watches, and new AirPods.
The event scheduled to take place at Apple’s Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California, will also be live-streamed. AirPods 4 is one of the highly anticipated products at the event. The new wireless earbuds are likely to come with many upgrades in design, features, sound quality and more. These are said to be significantly improved as compared to their predecessors.
However, the AirPods 4 is expected to share similar design with their predecessors having a compact and comfortable fit. But there might be slight tweaks in overall size and shape. Sound quality is of the main focus with Apple expected to introduce new audio technologies for an enhanced listening experience.

AirPods 4: What to Expect?
Apple plans to release two versions of its upcoming AirPods 4: one that’s more affordable and with fewer features, and another that’s a little more expensive but with more features.
Apple reportedly has plans to launch two versions of the AirPods 4 – the cheaper model will replace the current AirPods 2, while the pricier version will be the successor to the AirPods 3. Both the versions will appear nearly identical with a new design.
The high-end AirPods 4 model is likely to get active noise cancellation, a feature which was previously exclusive to AirPods Pro and AirPods Max. The new model is also expected to get the transparency mode. However, the Adaptive Audio feature is expected to be exclusive to the Pro.
