Its bad consequences are also coming to the fore. A shocking case has come to light from Palghar in Maharashtra. Wherein, two sons of a policeman have made obscene videos of women and girls using AI.

Both the sons of the policeman crossed the limits when they made obscene videos of women and girls and circulated them on social media. Even the victims who protested against this were also assaulted. However, now both the criminals have been jailed following the complaint.
Strict action against AI misuse
If any obscene video or some wrongdoing is found in misusing AI, then a case can be registered against it under different sections of the IT Act, IPC and Data Protection Law. According to a cyber expert, action will be taken if any objectionable video is posted on the Internet under Section 67 of the IT Act. Along with this, he will have to pay a sentence of up to 3 years and a fine.
How to register a case against the criminal?
