5G Auction: The entry of the Adani Group in the 5G auction had sparked speculation of a bidding war with Jio of Mukesh Ambani. With the Adani Group’s entry in the auction, it seemed that the telecom industry would get a new player.
However, the focus of the Adani Group is not on the consumers but on the enterprises.
5G auction started on July 26
No one had any idea of Adani Group’s entry in the 5G spectrum auction. Adani Group’s company Adani Data Networks has participated in this auction.

After the entry of Adani, there were speculations that another new company could compete with Airtel and Jio in the telecom sector.
However, the speculation did not last long. Adani Data Networks has made it clear that it will create a private network with the help of the 5G spectrum.
This network will support their business from airport to power. Along with this, the data center will also get the help of spectrum.
