Harare: India has sealed the series against Zimbabwe after winning the second game by 5 wickets. After opting to field first, India restricted their opponents 161 runs with a brilliant performance of bowlers.

The batters then chased the target within 26 overs as Shikhar Dhawan and Shubhman Gill garnered 33 runs each. Sanju Samson contributed with 43 runs in the chase and Deepak Hooda made 25 runs before getting dismissed by Raza.

Earlier, Zimbabwe could not handle the attack of Indian bowlers as 7 of their players return to their dressing room with a single digit score. Sean Williams and Ryan Burl garnered some runs that managed to put up a total in three digits.

Williams garnered 42 runs before Deepak Hooda struck and sent him back in 28th over. Burl also contributed with 39 runs.

Shardul Thakur was the most successful bowler in the second ODI against hosts as he picked three wickets. All other bowlers got themselves one wickets each.
