WWE Integrity's 50th anniversary was a big party for Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie McMahon has a strong argument for being the most famous female WWE star throughout the years. She was the daughter of the boss and the one who got during the main event of the wrestling show and also wrestled on top of her backstage roles. Among the superstars she had to deal with was Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, and both women had an intense and disputable story arc.
WWE icons move past a controversial chapter
In 2001, Trish was portrayed as the mistress of Vince McMahon, while his real-life ex-wife, Linda McMahon, was being portrayed as paralyzed. The plot reached its climax when Vince’s real daughter, Stephanie McMahon, got involved in a fight with Trish at No Way Out.

Despite the past problems and the long history between them, it looks like the female wrestling icons have finally reconciled. Just the other day, Trish Stratus posted on Instagram a video of the 50 long-stem roses that Stephanie McMahon had sent her for her 50th birthday on December 18.

Trish even jestingly inquired from Steph if sending flowers was an apology to allow their past to forget just like that, as Stratus replied in her caption that it did.
"[Video caption]: So you think by sending me 50 long stem roses in varying shades of punk nestled among baby’s breath for my 50th birthday, I’m just gonna forget everything??
[Post Caption]: Yup @stephaniemcmahon, that did the trick. Love you!”
A Hall of Fame career that spanned generations
Trish Stratus quit wrestling in 2006 but later on she still appeared occasionally during the years after. In 2013, she became a WWE Hall of Fame member and then in 2022, she came back to wrestling full-time which resulted in her having a major feud with Becky Lynch. She is a 7-time Women's Champion and has also been a Hardcore Champion once.
Why Stephanie McMahon’s WWE legacy is undeniable
Stephanie McMahon was also a one-time WWE Champion although she was not the most active wrestler in the ring. The position she occupied at the California-based company with the most influence was that of Chairwoman and co-CEO from 2022 to 2023. A place in the Hall of Fame has already been booked for her in 2026.
