The last episode of SmackDown before WWE Backlash 2025 was excellent. Fans were thoroughly entertained as the company and its superstars put on a spectacular show. John Cena also made a big return, and several strong matches took place. The women’s division was on fire as well. Let’s take a look at this week’s SmackDown results.
Show Opened with a Banging Tag Team Match
LA Knight and Damian Priest faced off against Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa. The match featured hard-hitting action from the very start. Knight and Priest initially dominated the contest. While Fatu managed to show some offense, the momentum stayed with their opponents. Just as Priest was about to end the match, Knight tagged himself in. Miscommunication followed. Solo attempted a Samoan Spike on Knight but failed. Knight hit the BFT and picked up the pinfall victory.
