WWE SmackDown Results 2025: Bloodline Cracks, Solo Qualifies, Stratton Shines In Main Event

SmackDown kicked off the week with a plethora of incredible matches and segments. The title fight put a smile on everyone’s faces. Several plot lines were developed to maximum effect.

SmackDown was incredible the week after WWE Backlash 2025. There was plenty for fans to enjoy. Recommended Readers: Top stars impressed the viewers. SmackDown revealed the match card for the show to be broadcast on Saturday. The main event helped make the show exceptional. Women superstars were equally impressive during the episode. Here are the results from last night’s SmackDown.

The Show Kicked Off With Solo Sikoa And His Allies

First, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Jeff Cobb emerged onto the stage. He called Cobb by his ring name, Jesse Mateo. Sikoa is grateful that Jesse continues to support him as a part of the United States Championship. Sikoa expressed that his goal now is to secure the Money in the Bank contract so that the Undisputed WWE Championship joins the ranks of the Bloodline. Fatu grabbed the mic from Solo to talk. Fatu said he had accomplished everything without Solo’s help. They are now at odds with each other.

Fatu responded, “I love you Solo”. Hearing this, Sikoa was disappointed because it no longer felt the same as previously. Matters gradually intensified as LA Knight’s theme song started blaring. Knight took down Jesse Mateo by surprise and made his way back into the crowd. Knight has shown us that he still intends to pursue his Bloodline agenda.

Alexa Bliss Won Her Match Against Fraxxiom

Alexa Bliss faced off with Meachin and Chelsea Green in a qualifying match for the women’s Money in the Bank contract. The match was quite good. Everyone gave their all in trying to win. The fans cheered strongly for Alexa during the match. Alexa Bliss sealed the victory with an impactful Sister Abigail DDT on Green, securing the three-count.

On the show, Fraxxiom competed against DIY. This has been the most exciting match presented tonight. Axiom caught Gargano in the end and held him in their signature submission hold. Still, Ciampa tried to strip off Fraxxiom’s mask while the hold was secure. Fraser landed a remarkable kick on him. Axiom then pinned Gargano in order to take home their biggest win so far. As the bell rang, DIY jumped Fraxxiom immediately and beat him up further. Motor City Machine Guns came to the rescue there.

R-Truth’s interview And Aleister Black’s match

Commentator Wade Barrett spoke to R-Truth about recent events off-camera. Truth shared his thoughts on Cena assaulting him at Backlash. Truth stated that Cena shouldn’t behave in that manner. He made it clear that he’s eager to give Cena a jolt by knocking him out with a win. Truth added that he once contacted his former partner Nick Aldis and put together a match with John Cena on this Saturday.

On the main event, Aleister Black and Carmelo Hayes had a second bout. Also in attendance alongside Hayes was The Miz. The two superstars impressed with some incredible manoeuvres. The interference from Miz cost Black the match and awarded him the screwjob win. Black ended the contest with a Black Mass for Miz. A diving maneuer from Hayes knocked Black out cold.

Drew McIntyre’s Segment And Solo Sikoa’s Victory

McIntyre wasn’t moving much in the ring because he sustained an injury during Backlash 2025. McIntyre said that Priest would pay the price inside the steel cage. McIntyre said that the winner of the match would be leaving with an arm raised at Saturday Night’s Main Event, as his opponent would be carried out on the stretcher.

A triple threat contest was held to determine a winner in the running for the men’s Money in the Bank briefcase. Jacob Fatu and Jesse were ringside to cheer on Solo Sikoa. Jimmy Reigns was beaten by Fatu until Jesse managed to deliver a kick. Jumping on the opportunity after Jimmy had been put down, Solo finished him off with a Samoan Spike. Phoenix looked close to winning, but Jesse tripped him up. Sikoa finished off Phoenix by delivering a Samoan Spike and getting the three count. Jesse and Solo Rey celebrated their victory alongside Jacob Fatu. LA Knight then returned to assault Solo, Jesse, and Jacob Fatu. Later, Nick Aldis emerged and scheduled a contest between LA Knight and Jesse.

LA Knight’s Loss And Main Event Match

LA Knight’s grapple with Jesse Mateo was fierce. Jesse participated in his first match on the WWE roster. Both performed impressive maneuvers in front of the crowd. When the match was over, Knight targeted Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu as well. Knight ended up losing his match to newcomer Jesse Mateo.

Tiffany Stratton retained her Women’s Championship by beating Nia Jax in the headlining contest. Fans were thrilled with the thrilling action delivered by both athletes. Naomi stepped into the match holding a chair. Jade Cargill quickly took care of Naomi and sent her out of the ring. Nia also attempted to cheat. Nia used the chair to go after Tiffany, and the situation got unmanageable. Stratton slammed a powerful dropkick onto her. Following that, Stratton drove down on Nia with the Sunset Flip Powerbomb and claimed the win to keep her title.
