Jimmy Uso faced World Heavyweight Champion Gunther in a tough contest. Although he fought hard, Gunther won. Gunther attacked Jimmy brutally after the match, prompting Jey Uso to come to his brother's rescue. Gunther, however, pinned Jey in the ropes and beat up Jimmy mercilessly, using the championship belt to bash him. Jimmy was left unconscious and covered in blood as Gunther put him in his trademark submission hold, leaving him immobile.
Somewhere else, Penta & Breakker defeated Finn Bálor & Dominik Mysterio in a tag team contest. There was a mix-up that resulted in Breakker spearing Penta by mistake, and Bálor & Mysterio took advantage to win the match. This was Penta's first pinfall loss in WWE.
AJ Styles vs. Logan Paul Confirmed, Women's Championship Match Ends in Chaos
AJ Styles and Logan Paul had a heated exchange. Paul taunted Styles, telling him he was not on his level, while Styles shot back, telling Paul he was a fool.
