This week’s WWE Raw show was explosive, with huge confrontations and segments. The lead-up to Saturday Night’s Main Event and Money in the Bank was apparent, and the headliners of the programme performed some scintillating moments. The Women’s division did not disappoint either, with Becky Lynch competing, although she failed to achieve success. Here are the Raw results.
Logan Paul Segment and Tag Team Match
The event started with Logan Paul, who said he was going to be the new World Heavyweight Champion by defeating Jey Uso on Saturday Night’s Main Event. The crowd started chanting “Yeet,” which annoyed Paul. Everyone thought that Jey Uso would come out, but Gunther showed up instead. Gunther told Logan that if he beats Jey, he’ll have to go through him. Gunther threatened that he would ruin Logan’s life. When Paul got distracted by Gunther, Jey Uso superkicked him from behind out of nowhere.
Pentagon and AJ Styles vs The Judgment (Finn Balor and JD McDonagh)
Penta and AJ Styles fought against The Judgment (Finn Balor and JD McDonagh). To start with, Penta and Styles controlled the match. Carlito interrupted and shoved Styles face-first into the ring post. Outside the ring, JD McDonagh attacked AJ Styles with a suicide dive. Penta slammed McDonagh with a tremendous Mexican Destroyer, but El Grande Americano gave a headbutt to Penta. Balor capitalized and pinned Penta after landing on him with the Coup de Grace for the victory.
Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifier and Sheamus’ Match
The Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifier match between Becky Lynch, Natalya, and Roxanne Perez was a great performance by all three of these stars, with Perez particularly standing out. Throughout the match, Lyra Valkyria made her interference and attacked Becky, which gave Perez the opportunity. Perez delivered Natalya her Pop Rox finisher and pinned her to win.
In another contest, Sheamus faced Valer. Sheamus controlled the match, and with some distraction from Austin Theory, Sheamus dragged Valer inside the ring and struck him with the 10 Beats. Sheamus followed this up by executing the Brogue Kick to get the victory.
Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifier and Main Event Match
In the Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifier match, Rhea Ripley, Kairi Sane, and Zoey Stark contested. Sane returned and wrestled her first match in months. Stark flaunted her power in the early goings but was promptly overpowered by Ripley. Stark was injured during the match and had medical attention. Stark had to vacate the ring due to injury. Ripley gave Sane a huge Riptide and pinned her to win.
Main Event: Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker (Non-title match)
The main event featured Jey Uso and Bron Breakker facing each other in a non-title match. Both men went for everything right from the beginning with hard-hitting moves, surprising the crowd. Paul Heyman diverted Jey’s attention, and Breakker tried to go for a chair shot, but the move misfired. Jey superkicked Breakker. Jey was going to jump on Breakker, but Heyman caught his foot. Jey chased Heyman outside the ring, then got jumped by Seth Rollins. The match was won by DQ when Rollins and Breakker beat up Jey. Later, Sami Zayn came out to help Jey, and CM Punk surprised everyone by emerging, resulting in a wild brawl that spilled into the stands. In the ring, Jey won his title, only to be knocked out by a punch from Logan Paul.
