India slipped to second spot after rain spoiled the 2nd Test match at the Queen’s Oval park in Trinidad. Despite finishing the on draw, Rohit Sharma-led India started their new WTC cycle on a winning note. India’s next red ball assignment will be against South Africa in December-January window. India will now play most of the white ball cricket, due to ODI World Cup later this year.
Rohit Brigade set a target of 365 runs. Meanwhile, pursuing the target, West Indies reached 76 for the loss of 2 wickets at stumps on the fourth day. Tejnarine Chanderpaul and 24 and Jermaine Blackwood remained unbeaten after adding 20 runs.

Thought India lost some points and dragged down to 2nd spot, but their is no need to worry because there are plenty of bi-lateral series left for the WTC final.
