The Pakistan Cricket Board recently dispatched a legal notification to a South African all-rounder. The cricketer made a decision to shift from the PSL, Pakistan Super League to join the IPL. Corbin Bosch represents the cricketer whose name we have learned. Mumbai Indians acquired 30-year-old Bosch for participation in the IPL 2025 season. The withdrawal from the tournament occurred when Mumbai Indians selected Lizad Williams because she sustained an injury. The Mumbai team chose Corbin Bosch to become their new selection after the previous player left. Bosch made his South African debut at the start of this year by playing in the series against Pakistan which led Peshawar Zalmi to select him during the 10th round of PSL Players Draft in Lahore as a Diamond category player on January 13.

Clash in Dates
The Pakistan Super League match dates span from April 11 until May 25. From March 22 through May 25 the Indian Premier League will conduct its tournament. The planned events of these competitions directly oppose one another. PSL launched in 2016 but this marks the initial time when its events coincide with IPL matches in consecutive dates. The PCB moved its PSL window from its normal February-March date to April-May because Pakistan hosted the Champions Trophy along with other international games. Foreign players who did not secure IPL contracts afterward joined the PSL team roster including Bosch.
