Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) took home the IPL trophy after edging Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 6 runs in the final. Rajat Patidar’s leadership helped the team with Virat Kohli win their first IPL trophy after a gap of 18 years. The decision to begin with bowling allowed Punjab to hold Royal Challengers Bangalore back to 190/9, mainly because of Arshdeep (3 wickets) and Kyle (3 wickets).
