New Delhi: Cristiano Ronaldo may have bid farewell to Manchester United fans after Saturday’s 1-0 away win to Southampton. The 37-year-old wishes to play Champions League football this season because of which there has been speculation surrounding Ronaldo’s departure.

After the match against Southampton CR7 walked towards the traveling support at St. Mary’s, clapped, and thanked the fans. Ronaldo is usually not known for doing such an act, this leads to suggest that the Portuguese is saying his final goodbye to the fans.

United coach Erik ten Hag said, “I cannot say that (Ronaldo will leave). We plan with him. We stick to the plan.”
