New Delhi: Suryakumar Yadav wreaked havoc with the bat against New Zealand. He played a stormy innings of 111 runs and beat all the bowlers of the host New Zealand fiercely. In his career’s second century, Surya hit 11 fours and 7 sixes. As soon as Surya completed his century, Hardik Pandya, who was at the crease, came running to him and hugged Surya.

Suryakumar Yadav played a brilliant innings which consisted of some of the finest shots. Out of all these, Surya striked a thundering six on the fifth ball of the 16th over. He was facing Mitchell Santner who bowled the ball. Surya moved towards the leg stump, made room and directed the ball over mid-off for a six.
