Sam Curran knocks off Rizwan

New Delhi: The final match of T20 World Cup 2022 has started. England are bowling first after winning the toss. Mohammad Rizwan narrowly escaped in the very first over. Chris Jordan had every chance to run out Rizwan. Jordan threw the ball at a supersonic speed but Rizwan escaped narrowly luckily.

Sam Curran was bowling the fifth over for England. He bowled the second ball towards the off stump. Rizwan wanted to convert the delivery into a boundary. However, the ball touched the edge of Rizwan’s bat and contacted the stumps knocking-off the bails. Rizwan was sent back to the pavilion.

In fact, Sam Curran, who brought the fifth over for England, threw the second ball on the off stump, which Rizwan wanted to convert into a four, but the ball hit the stump with the edge of the bat and Rizwan had to return to the pavilion. After getting out, Rizwan looked very disappointed, while the England team was jubilant.
