Injury Scare For CSK?
A video circulating on social media shows Dhoni acknowledging the crowd while walking to the dressing room, displaying signs of discomfort. Whether Dhoni has fully recovered remains uncertain. With a few days until Chennai’s next match against Hyderabad on April 5, Dhoni has time to recuperate.
Over the past year, MS Dhoni has faced knee issues, leading to surgery on his left knee in Mumbai last June. Despite these challenges, he has committed to participating in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.
CSK head coach Stephen Fleming previously acknowledged Dhoni’s knee problems during the T20 league. Following Chennai’s loss to Delhi by 20 runs on March 31 at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, Dhoni was observed limping off the field.

Although Dhoni didn’t bat in the matches against Bangalore and Gujarat at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, he enthralled fans with a dynamic performance against Delhi in Visakhapatnam, scoring 37 runs off 16 balls at No.8. Despite his efforts, CSK fell short of their target.
