New Delhi: Virat Kohli made his international debut on August 18 when he stepped in the ground against Sri Lanka at Dambulla 14 years ago. Kohli returned to the dressing for just 12 off 22 balls.

India lost the game by 8 wickets but he went on to become one of the greatest cricketer of the world. He has not only grown his status as the cricketer but also the standard of the Indian cricket.
He pulled the team to put in top 5 teams of the world and today, he is celebrating his 14th anniversary for his debut and shared a montage on his Instagram handle.
“14 years ago, it all started and it’s been an honour 🇮🇳,” Kohli captioned the video.

Kohli was dropped from the recently concluded West Indies and he is also not playing in ODI series against Zimbabwe. However, he will be seen in the Asia Cup 2022 that is set to kick start from August 27.
