New Delhi: England has done wonders in T20 World Cup 2022. England became champions for the second time by defeating Pakistan. Batting first in the final match which was being played in Melbourne, Pakistan had scored 137 runs at the loss of 8 wickets after 20 overs. Meanwhile, in response England lost 5 wickets and won the game and the tournament by 6 wickets.

Jos Buttler ran to the ground after winning

As soon as he became the world champion for the second time, the captain of the team, Jos Buttler ran to the stadium and uprooted the stumps. While Ben Stokes threw the bat swinging happily on the pitch, while Sam Curran jumped in the dugout. The joy of victory was clearly visible on Moin Ali’s face as well. After this everyone ran on the ground and hugged each other.

Meanwhile, Indian cricketing superstar Virat Kohli has congratulated team England on their marvelous victory. He shared a story on his Instagram handle congratulating the winning side.
