According to RevSportz Global, the much anticipated venue for the matches for Indian side in Champions Trophy 2025, Dubai has been confirmed as the neutral venue. According to the information shared, Dubai is set to serve as the neutral venue for the 2025 Champions Trophy, with both the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) reaching an agreement. While Dubai was reportedly the BCCI’s preferred choice from the beginning, the PCB has now also agreed to this arrangement. The final step in this process appears to be a formality, pending ratification from the ICC Board.

PCB’s stand & India’s reluctance
The Pakistan Cricket Board opposed the hybrid model for the tournament thoroughly and insisted on hosting the tournament fully in Pakistan. However, the reluctance of India to travel to Pakistan has been one of the major hurdles. Multiple rounds of discussions have taken place involving the ICC, PCB, and BCCI, considering player safety as a big concern.
