USN Indians, who are in great form, have registered their fourth consecutive win in the tournament by defeating Dehradun Dabangs by five runs. With this, the team has also made it to the final.

A close match was also seen in this league on Friday, where USN Indians defeated Dehradun Dabangs by five runs to register their fourth consecutive win. The team now has eight points and has confirmed its place in the final. Playing first in this match, USN scored 213 runs for seven wickets. For the team, opener Yuvraj Chaudhary scored the highest innings of 78 runs, while the second opener Aarav Abhishek Mahajan scored 45 runs off 29 balls.

Akhil Rawat Played A Stormy Innings Of 36 Runs

For USN, Yuvraj and Aarav shared a 110-run partnership for the first wicket. In the last overs for the team, Akhil Singh Rawat scored 36 runs in just 12 balls. Satyam Baliyan was the most successful bowler for Dehradun, who took three wickets for 48 runs in his quota of four overs. Apart from him, Sumit Juyal took two wickets for 51 runs.

Sanskar Rawat’s Brilliant Innings Did Not Work

In response to the target of 214 runs given by USN, Dehradun had a bad start, where Vaibhav Bhatt returned to the pavilion without opening his account. However, opener Sanskar Ramesh Rawat held one end and played a quick innings of 80 runs in 41 balls. His innings included five fours and seven sixes. However, his innings could not make the team win. The team fell just five runs short of the target, due to which the team had to face its third defeat of the tournament. Apart from Sanskar, Dikshanshu also played an innings of 37 runs in 21 balls for the team.
