Fans were able to witness the first Super Over of IPL 2025 that took place during the DC vs RR match that was played at the Arun Jaitely Stadium in Delhi yesterday. In which RR selected the batting lineup which included Yashasvi Jaiswal along with Riyan Parag and Shimron Hetmyer. The DC bowlers could not finish the six-ball phase due to losing two wickets before the team managed to score 11 runs and in DC super over batting innings they achieved their Super Over target of scoring 12 runs by scoring 13 runs in four balls without losing any wickets.
