England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on Thursday (July 24) formally released its home calendar for the 2026 season, confirming India’s return next year for a white-ball series of five T20Is and three ODIs.
This news comes as India continue their ongoing five-match Test series in England, which they currently stand 2-1 down. Their return in 2026 will form another thrilling chapter in one of the sport of cricket’s most fiercely competitive rivalries – this time in the shorter formats.
