Ishan Kishan was ‘Not out”
The Indian batter Ishan Kishan took the batting spot in the second over. He was batting on 1 run. Zee News reported that on the second ball of the third over (2.1), Kishan tried hitting Deepak Chahar’s thrown delivery. The wicketkeeper Ryan Rickelton caught the ball directly from the bowling of Deepak Chahar as it bypassed Ishan Kishan’s bat. Although the players from Mumbai raised objections, the umpire confirmed the dismissal of the batter. The ball which struck Ryan Rickelton’s gloves, missed Ishan’s bat during his attempt to swing at it. Ishan ignored the opportunity for DRS and returned to the pavilion after the decision. His truthful decision led to terrible consequences for the Hyderabad team.
Hyderabad in Deep Trouble
Mumbai selected the first bowling choice and it proved advantageous for them. The top batters from Hyderabad left the field within the first six deliveries over periods. The opening combination between Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma scored only 2 runs together. Abhishek Sharma hit a total of 8 runs through 8 delivered balls after the dismissal of Head, who received a duck score. The dismissal of Ishan Kishan occurred as he missed out on scoring any runs from his four-ball outing. In the fifth over (4.1) Nitish Reddy faced two deliveries to earn two runs but then became the fourth Hyderabad batsman dismissed for the inning. The batting lineup of Hyderabad faced failure as it concluded six overs with 24 runs yet lost four vital batters.

Boult and Chahar Shine
The first six overs brought outstanding deliveries from the bowling pair of Trent Boult and Deepak Chahar. Both picked up two wickets each, troubling Hyderabad with their sharp pace and swing.
