India leads Group A after victories over Pakistan, Ireland, and the United States. However, unfavorable weather in Florida could disrupt India’s winning momentum as they prepare for the tournament’s Caribbean leg. Rinku and Khaleel are expected to travel with the team to Bridgetown, Barbados, where India will play their first Super Eight match on June 20. The remaining Super Eight matches are scheduled for June 22 in Antigua and June 24 in St. Lucia.

Both Shubman Gill and Avesh Khan had been kept in the travelling reserves alongside IPL winner Rinku Singh. Shubman and Avesh will be released from the team ahead of the Super 8 stage of the T20 World Cup as th4e action switches to the West Indies now.
