Indian batter Virat Kohli has a huge love affair with Australia and the Australian media. Virat has been among the top performers for the India national cricket team and has scored a lot of runs on Australian soil. However, his recent stint with the Indian team at the Island nation wasn’t as convincing as it has been in the past. Kohli could only score 190 runs from nine innings which includes a hundred in Perth. However, in the rest innings, Kohli couldn’t do much and got out constantly on the same fourth stump line. This sparked criticism of the batting technique of the Indian batter and there were claims that he might retire after BGT 2024-25.
