Former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is majorly known for his cricket records and milestones he has achieved during his international career. Dhawan also known as ‘Mr ICC’ of the India national cricket team for his performances in the ICC events. The latter emerged as the top run scorers in the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 and 2017. The former left-handed batter was also known for his key knocks that he has played during the ICC ODI World Cups. Shikhar announced his retirement from international cricket earlier this year and currently plays in different cricket leagues.

Shikhar Dhawan’s Heartfelt Gesture For Fan Winning Hearts
During the Big Cricket League match being played in Surat, Shikhar Dhawan spoke to a fan who was sitting in the top tier. The incident took place when a right-handed batter lofted the ball which went onto hit the fan. Seeing the incident, Dhawan requested the volunteers to meet the fan and threw a water bottle towards for ensuring that he was alright or not. The video of the incident surfaced on Instagram.

Getting back to the match, the left-handed batter couldn’t trouble the scorers while he came out to bat during the Northern Challengers and Southern Spartans. However, Challengers were able to reach a decent first innings total of 218 runs courtesy of knocks from Samiullah Shinwari (95) and Upul Tharanga (46).
