It seems that WWE superstar Seth Rollins is returning to the ring soon. The Visionary was having a shoulder injury this year during the match with Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. As a result, the creative team invented a plot to take him off the screen and relinquish the WWE World Heavyweight Title that he had won, this making Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed turn on him and, in a way, kicking him out of the Vision stable. Rollins has not performed ever since.
WarGames controversy erupts after masked attacker strikes CM Punk
At Survivor Series: WarGames, the team of CM Punk, consisting of Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and the Usos, wrestled against the Vision. Though Punk appeared to be seizing the vision in the final seconds of the match, the masked man came and assaulted the Second City Saint.
This opened an opportunity that Breakker could assume leadership, and he succeeded in putting Punk on the ground. The individual behind the assault is an enigma, however, many individuals are considering that they could be Seth Rollins. The Visionary is famous for his long con games, and being thrown out of the Vision could be part of his scheme.
Rollins’ injury update fuels suspicion after masked attacker’s appearance
Seth Rollins has appeared on The Rich Eisen Show, where he talked about the date of his comeback to the Stamford-based company. Rollins was quite optimistic about rejoining, saying that he was now free of the need to wear his arm brace and had removed it some seven days before. This, and the appearance of the masked face, accompanied it, would only lead the fans to think more about Rollins as the unknown assailant.
“We’re on track. We’re on track. I got the brace off, like last week. Middle of the last week. So it’s nice to walk around like a regular person. I know there’s a lot of skepticism in your question TJ, but you can consult my surgeon.”
“I am feeling alright, I am feeling alright. It’s nice to be able to get around without the brace. I’ll say that. But yeah we are on track, we’re on track.”
New theories emerge as fans rule out Rollins as the masked assailant
Seth Rollins has a reputation for playing several games, but even if his recovery is quicker than imagined, it might still be unrealistic for him to return as a mysterious attacker. Currently, the speculations point to a different star being the one behind the mask.
