Team India are all set to play a 2-match Test series in South Africa starting December 26.
All the focus on returning players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma among others who will be looking to return to action after the World Cup loss in a positive manner.
South Africa are the only Test playing nation who haven’t allowed India to register a Test series win in their home.
Speaking on the same, former Indian cricketer Sanjay Bangar also voiced his opinion and tried to explain as to what is the reason that the Men in Blue haven’t been able to register a single Test series win in South Africa.
“India have not won test series in South Africa because they play 2 Tests or 3-match Test series. If they get to play four or 5-match Test series, it would reflect in their performance,” said Sanjay Bangar on Star Sports.

India will be playing their first Test at Centurion, a pitch which doesn’t have a significant bounce which is a common trait in South African conditions.
Team India will be missing the services of pacer Mohd Shami, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ishan Kishan in the red ball series with Ishan opting out of the series due to ‘mental fatigue’.
