Indian captain Rohit Sharma was spotted sharing fun moments along with Shubman Gill on the sidelines of the India vs Prime Minister's XI pink-ball practice match.

Team India registered a six-wicket win against Prime Minister’s XI in pink-ball practice match played at the Manuka Oval in Canberra. The Indian team displayed a complete team performance wherein players performed with both bat and ball. The visitors were given a target 241 runs by the Prime Minister’s XI. Indian bowlers performed really well wherein Harshit Rana picked up a four-wicket haul whereas other bowlers excluding Nitish Kumar Reddy tasted success. On the other hand, the Indian team was off to a brilliant start as openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul added over 70 runs for the first wicket whereas Shubman Gill achieved a half century.

Rohit Sharma Shares Fun Moment With Shubman Gill And Other Team Members

Indian captain Rohit Sharma is always known to keep the team environment light and always share fun moments with the teammates. Such a moment was shared between him and batter Shubman Gill on the sidelines of the India vs Prime Minister’s XI pink-ball practice match. Sharma was having a fun chat with Abhishek Nayar, Harshit Rana and Gill wherein he also hit the right-handed Indian batter playfully in his chest after which Shubman burst out of laugh.

The Indian team currently lead the five-match series by a margin of 1-0 against Australia and they will surely have the best chance to extend their lead in Adelaide. The Australian team is currently under a lot of pressure wherein they have also lost pacer Josh Hazlewood who has been ruled out of the second Test due to a side strain injury. Scott Boland is very likely to replace Hazlewood, however, the Indian team looks in good touch and can once again come out on top in Adelaide.
