The clip highlights the duo working with top fitness experts on cricket-specific strength, mobility, and agility drills at the state-of-the-art CoE facility.
Following the fitness regime, both players moved to the nets. In a clear indication of format-specific preparation, KL Rahul was seen facing the red ball, sharpening his technique for longer formats, while Rohit Sharma focused on white-ball batting, likely preparing for the upcoming limited-overs assignments.

At 38, Rohit Sharma has already transitioned out of two formats.
