Rishabh Pant Has A Warm Meeting With Physically-Disabled Boy, Video Goes Viral

Indian wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant had a warm meeting with a physically disabled little fan on the sidelines of Team India's net session in Melbourne.

The India vs Australia fourth Test is all set to begin at the Melbourne Cricket Ground from December 26. Indian players have been sweating it out hard in the nets ahead of the boxing-day Test and will look to take a lead in the five-match series which is placed at 1-1. The Indian management will be having high expectations from Rishabh Pant who has emerged as the standout performer for the side whenever he plays in Australia. The latter is majorly known for his unorthodox stroke play and engaging talks behind the stumps which keeps the game alive.

Rishabh Pant showcased his other side after he met with a little fan on the sidelines of the net session in Melbourne. The video of the same surfaced on social media. The child was physically disabled, however, Pant had a warm meeting with him and both individuals clicked photos. The Indian wicket-keeper batter also had a discussion.

The Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 has been a combination of both excitement and thrill so far. The Indian team registered a brilliant in the first match in Perth by 295 runs whereas were outplayed in Adelaide by ten wickets. Rain won in Brisbane during the third match of the series and now the focus shifts to the Boxing-Day Test match. Indian players Jasprit Bumrah and Akash Deep had a historic tenth wicket partnership through which they were able to avoid the follow-on.

The duo will want to play with the same confidence in Melbourne as well. As per previous record, the Indian team hasn’t lost a single Test match at the MCG since 2014.
