Axar Patel said this after the match

Axar Patel said after the match, “I think we ended up 10-15 runs short. Batting in the first innings was a bit difficult on this pitch, but in the second innings, the dew made batting easier. We dropped a few catches that we should have taken. Our intent was right, but the wicket was a bit unpredictable.”

He further added,

After the dew set in, batting became easier, and we don’t think there was much else we could have done differently. We kept losing wickets at regular intervals. If a batsman had stayed at the crease longer, we could have scored 10-15 runs more (Regarding sending himself lower down the batting order) KL was in good form, so I sent him at number 4. Also, one side of the ground was smaller, so that decision was made accordingly.”
