Vidarbha spinner Harsh Dubey broke the record for most wickets in a Ranji Trophy season in the final against Kerala at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, in Nagpur. The left-arm spinner snapped up wickets of Aditya Sarwate, Salman Nizar and M.D. Nidheesh in the final to achieve the milestone. Harsh has taken 69 wickets in 19 innings with a near about average of 16. Harsh had taken seven wickets in the second innings against Mumbai in the semifinal to support Vidarbha for a spot in the pinnacle encounter.
