Vihari returned to the dough-out on 16 off 37 balls, after that he had a scan, where X-rays reveled a fracture. Vihari was told that he would be out from action for five to six weeks.
Andhra Pradesh has done well on the opening day, courtesy to Ricky Bhui (149) and Karan Shinde (110) centuries that gave Andhra Pradesh a stable start. But, soon Bhui and Shinde departed, there was collapse and Andhra went from 328 for 4 to 353 for 9.
Comes to bat as left-hander

Hanuma Vihari was integral part of the Team India till last year, after the emergence of new talents like Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel in the side, he was left out of the squad.
The 29-year-old batter remains absent from India’s squad for the side’s upcoming four-match Test series against Australia.
