The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 season started on a negative note for Karachi Kings when star Bangladeshi batter Litton Das received a medical setback that kept him out of play. Litton Das shared the unfavourable announcement through his official social media accounts leading the franchise and their audience into sadness. Before the PSL 2025 began Karachi Kings obtained Das in their PSL draught and as a result he met with the team for their season opener. The team faces a substantial batting vacancy due to his absence because Karachi now needs to acquire a swift replacement for this valuable player.
Litton Das Confirms PSL 2025 Exit After Suffering Finger Fracture During Practice
“Hope you all are well. I was truly excited to play in the PSL for Karachi Kings, but the Almighty had other plans. During a practice session, I picked up a finger injury. Scans revealed a hairline fracture, and recovery will take at least 2 weeks. So sadly, my PSL mission is over before it even began. I’m flying back to Bangladesh and seeking your prayers & love for a quick recovery. Wishing the very best of luck to my team Karachi Kings,” Litton posted on Facebook.

Karachi Kings Lose Key Player Litton Das To Injury Ahead Of Crucial PSL 2025 Clash Against Multan Sultans
Prior to PSL 2025 Karachi Kings suffered a massive blow when Litton Das faced an injury setback during practise that ruled him out of the competition because of a damaged finger. Medial imaging tests revealed a minor fracture which sent right-hand throwing plastic surgeon Litton Das back to his home nation for healing. The Karachi squad selected Litton through the draught while he recently joined the team so he originally carried great expectations for impact. The Kings feel his absence during their PSL 2025 match against Multan Sultans today following their intense opening day performance.
