Pakistan Super League (PSL) is facing a huge controversy as the New Zealand batter Colin Munro calls out the Pakistani spinner Iftikhar Ahmed for ‘chucking’ mid-way into his over in yesterday’s Multan Sultans and Islamabad United match. Although the umpire and match officials remained silent, Munro directly accused Iftikhar of ‘chucking’ during his bowling.
What Made Munro Accuse Ahmed For Chucking
Iftikhar delivered a yorker to Munro in the 10th over of Islamabad United’s innings while the New Zealand batter managed to defend it successfully. At that point the New Zealand cricketer approached the Pakistani bowler to challenge his bowling technique. The Pakistan spinner got angry and this resulted in a heated argument until the on-field umpires stopped both players from continuing.
