India and Australia are playing against each other in the fourth Test match of the five-match series at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The Aussies have had the upper hand from Day 1 as they ended up at 311/6. With four Aussie batters slamming half-centuries on the first day, Steve Smith converted his fifty-plus score into a hundred on Day 2 and reached the three-figure mark in 167 balls. The latter registered his 34th century in Test cricket and 11th against the Indian team. Apart from all the cricketing action, a funny moment took place with Virat Kohli on the field.

An invader entered the field and tried to hug Virat Kohli. The invader managed to evade the security personnel and one point was running towards Rohit Sharma. However, the security intervened into the matter quickly and the invader was taken off the field. The incident also caused an unwanted disruption in play. The video of the incident went viral on social media. Virat Kohli has been the center point for the MCG crowd as he has been bored at many moments following the unwanted shoulder barge incident with Sam Konstas. The latter was fined 20 percent of the match fees by the International Cricket Council as he breached the code of conduct.
On the other hand, from the match point of view, the Indian team looked desperate for wickets during the first session on Day 2 of IND vs AUS 4th Test. Australian batters Steve Smith and Pat Cummins added 112 runs for the seventh wicket and took the match away from the Indian team. The visitors will now look to make a comeback and pickup remaining wickets as quickly as possible.
