Penta nears recovery, But WWE holds the final say on his ‘In-Ring’ comeback

Penta sadly sustained a serious injury during the November 24 episode of RAW, when he made an awkward landing after trying a Hurricanrana off the barricade on Solo Sikoa.

The doctor of Penta has stated that the wrestler’s return to the ring solely depends on one thing. And it is not something they can control. Penta and Rey Fenix got back together as the Lucha Brothers for the first time after their departure from AEW (and also for the first time in WWE) at the AAA Alianzas show. They called out the AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano for a tag team match at the Guerra de Titanes event on December 20, which is a challenge for the title.

Update on Penta’s injury and recovery progress

Penta sadly sustained a serious injury during the November 24 episode of RAW, when he made an awkward landing after trying a Hurricanrana off the barricade on Solo Sikoa. The fight was included in the “Last Time Is Now” contest, and Sikoa moved forward as Penta had no choice but to give up. A doctor named Odiseo, who specializes in regenerative sports medicine, has been treating Penta and reportedly Lucha Libre stars, and recently provided a positive update on Penta’s recovery and treatment that is continuing.

On Odiseo’s Instagram, Dr. Penta said Penta was “doing quite well” at the moment, but it entirely depends on WWE’s wish if they would like to bring him back for Guerra de Titanes. The wrestler, however, can be on stage during the show if the company gives him a medical no objection.

“An update from Penta. I just saw it today. We have been in treatment for almost two weeks, and we have made a lot of progress. Obviously, who knows if he will return by December 20? The Titan War and all of that, although he is doing very well and I see him very enthusiastic. He is a great person who is fighting against everything he has regarding his shoulder and all those things that could hold him back. We’re doing well.

But it practically doesn’t depend on Penta or me. It depends on the WWE if they consider it okay for him to return. Those are criteria from over there. But all we can say is, ‘thank you, Penta, for all the moments you give us fans. Thank you very much for giving me the privilege that so many doctors in the United States and Mexico chose to come to treat with me and also for the health of your family protected by me. Thank you for your trust,’” he said.

Uncertainty around Penta’s participation at Guerra de Titanes

The event that is coming up was actually the first time WWE had the Lucha Brothers under contract when they did this performance. It will be interesting to see if the company gives the green light to Penta for Guerra de Titanes on December 20.

‘It is particularly difficult for…’: Why Nehru was not in favour of keeping Vande Mataram as India’s national anthem?

As Parliament debates Vande Mataram, Nehru’s 1948 letters re-emerge, where he said the song’s tune was difficult, mournful and hard to understand, making it unsuitable as a national anthem.
